Yes, you are right, this does not give enough information, sorry about this. Below picture, I believe, is the essence of the supply agreement.
Also I share the two documents from claimaint as they posted it, if they could be useful:2) Claimant supply agreement.pdf , there is a lot of blacked out sections which I marked as "redacted"

Standard stuff. I read a third of it then got bored! Didn't see what it says about how long the agreement runs from 2020?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It seems that the document states that the agreement continues for the "Framework Period" and any "Framework Extended Period" thereafter. The document defines the "Framework Period" as 36 months from the start and the "Framework Extended Period" is an automatic renewal period of 36 months after the end of the Framework Period or any subsequent anniversary. Unless one of the parties provides a written notice to terminate no less than three months prior to the end of the Framework Period, the agreement automatically continues for each Framework Extended Period.
With the lack of termination evidences it looks like active rolling contract.0 -
Yes, nothing to see there except for any heavy redactions. Judges don't like those. You could mention the difficulty in construing the landowner agreement but don't hang your hat on it.
Have I mentioned this? On or before 5th September (end of next week) please please do the government's Public Consultation.See this thread: -
We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline.
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please!

Seems to me that you have a valid claim for the breach of the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, similar to my own claim against Nexus/CP Plus.
If you can add a counterclaim to your own case it may be an easy way to do things, otherwise I'd make a special claim following a win in court on this case which will add considerable strength to a claim for data breach.
Details of own case is here. It has been constructed largely using AI which even pops up with case history to support my claim and builds up the case for me. It even suggests ways to strengthen my claim, add new context to it etc. I use MS CoPilot to do this. My details are in my new forum name of GettingOnInYears which was previously Lynnzer that I had to change as my email address had been changed. Here's my latest post. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6608438/biting-back-with-a-vengeance?utm_source=community-search&utm_medium=organic-search&utm_term=biting+back+with+a+vengeabce2
