Why would there need to be an adjustment for a disabled person, they are as capable of getting photos signed as anyone else, especially as the process of validating the photo can be done online (I did one online at the weekend).0 -

When I was last in the Passport Office they could not even follow their own rules. I even have a letter apologising for their failure to do so.1
