Morning all
We have sky tv essentils, a q box and multiroom and sky ultrafast broadband. We have had several issues with the broadband and last night was getting according to speedtest 30mbs. We pay for ultrafast 100 to the property.
Sky argue we have too many devices attached but wont say how many is too many.
Bill is going up to over £100 a month for this service. Is there any point in haggling? Can it be reduced?
They have said they will give 150mbs id we stay, but as we are not getting 100 at the moment, is this just to try and keep me?
Devices,
5 phones,
3 tablets
4 smart tv
1 xbox
Ee advertise up to 100 devices, so I dont see this as excessive?
Any advice?

It's not the number of devices per se, it's the number that are actively in use and for what purpose. How did you do the speed test - wired or wireless?1

You need to do spped tests using a device that is wired, to eliminate wireless issues1

Tend to use this one more than all others. https://www.speedtest.net/Worth mentioning the biggy search engines only list those ISP that pay to be on there. Non of them show CityFibre as an option weve been with 25 months, only Virgin and OpenReach.
