PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Worst case scenario is that you'll have to start the S21 all over again, but hopefully the court will have some common sense and allow the original S21 application to continue.

(There are some provisions from Acts 21 years ago that are not yet in force ... although that is very much not the norm!)2 -
Do you now have the complete set of GSC or just the first one and others missing? If you do get the case re-opended as suggested above, the judge is possibly going to be pernickety about the details with the risk that the S21 will be refused again. Maybe S8 will be a better route to follow?0
