Vodafone house move hell

2 weeks before move booked vodafone to switch over broadband. Not helped that the current owners for some reason unknown to themselves decided to cancel my order somehow (even though it was for day after we moved).

Anyway, been there a week now, and I keep doing new orders with vodafone and 4 times now they've had "problems with the system" and the order gets cancelled.

Its just crazy - they are just incompetent.

So question is:-

1. Recommendation for fibre broadband?
2. Will any of them pay my early termination fees to vodafone?

It sounds like there may still be a pending order and the previous one hasn't been fully cancelled down. You could try speaking to them or making a complaint.

Placing multiple orders with the same supplier sounds a bit like my grandad who used to keep trying to print documents (50 failed attemps) and wondered why the printer wasn't working.

There's a reason why Vodafone are cheap.

EE are offering up to £300 to settle early termination fees, no doubt with various conditions.
