Great thanks, will send it off now. Just to clarify before doing so I have copied the Parking Eye template defence from the newbie thread, the only bit I have added of my own is the Facts known to the defendant. Am I right in thinking that is all I need to add to the template defence. Sorry to be tedious did not want to send the wrong thing off. Once I get the green light from you guys will send it off today!

The reason Im asking is because I didn't add in any case specific facts etc to any of the paragraphs.

You use the rest of the template unchanged,  as well, slotting in your paragraphs if required,  and renumber as required,  save as a pdf, attach the pdf to the email,  add reference number etc and send it to the CNBC email address 

No paperwork,  no submissions on MCOL either   ( Mcol only allows a limited number of characters and also destroys the formatting,  crude,  out of date,  needs fixing   )

I sent the first letter off about defence and they haven't replied dcbl lbc parking eye and the 30 days from them serving is up in two days shall I send in a defence and how. Am really trying to fine what I need myself but finding it little difficult ult. Thankyou for your time .
