Hargreaves Lansdown charges

Options
Good morning , I am looking to invest £10,000 in a 1 yr fixed rate cash Isa with Hargreaves Lansdown but am getting confused with their charges when I'm looking online.  Is anyone able to explain what their charges are, if any, on a fixed rate cash ISA.  I would be so grateful for any help you can give me.

    From HL website:

    Cash ISA Charges

We don't charge you directly to have a Cash ISA, instead we charge our banking partners. This means the same or similar products offered directly by the banks and building societies may have different interest rates to those available through the HL Cash ISA.

They are no charges for any of HL Active Savings options or of course Cash ISAs.

They present their cash ISAs as being outside the Active Savings banner rather than included within it:

No charges. However H-L get a small amount from their banking partners which means you possibly will get a slightly lower interest rate than if you saved with the banking partner direct eg H-l offer a Coventry Building Society limited access cash ISA allowing 6 withdrawals @4.2% variable whereas if you go direct to Coventry Building Society you will get 4.3% variable.
