Hi at some point did the data refresh in this forum?


I had an old account from years ago but it doesn't recognise my details so been forced to use a new one

    Forum moved provider a couple of years ago so its plausible that old or inactive accounts weren't transferred over.

    That and IIRC all the passwords had to be reset?

    If you had a previous Forum account, in most circumstances you should still be able to access it.  You must have used a different email address though, otherwise you'd not have been able to create this new account.

    Please keep in mind our one person = one account rule, so if you do want to resurrect an old account, you'd need to close this one.

    I did try resetting with my emaild and nothing appeared, so that was odd
