Broadband Adv

Options
I am currently on EE legacy broadband before they merged with BT. I am currently paying £30pm.

EE is currently doing £25.99 per month price plan will not change until April 2026.  I am not sure if I go with EE or another provider.

Looking for feedback on:
Vodafone Broadband similar spice but also comes with cash back. Any good?
Plusnet part of BT/EE how are they comparing to EE broadband.

Appreciate any advice.

Thanks

If you are happy with EE then you won't gain anything by going to Plusnet (EE can offer a phone line Plusnet can't) and the prices will be about the same.

You couldn't pay me to go to Vodafone, they have one of the highest complaints rates of ISP's.

On the other hand, I had a trouble-free 2-year contract with Vodafone until 2023 and I'm switching back to them in a fortnight after two equally trouble-free years with Shell and TalkTalk.

Some people like to roll the dice.

Never said you were guaranteed to have a complaint, just that more of their customers do than others. Having had to help family and friends deal with Vodafone and Talktalk in particular when it goes wrong I see no reason to subject myself to that same risk.

Each to their own for the race to save a penny over service.

I genuinely wish you luck and hope you get decent service on your return.

I give you permission to say "I tried to warn you" if I start complaining about Voda on the forum :)
