Lycamobile customer service (lack of)

From a brief look at these forums it seems I should have been forwarned. I took a 2 year contract on the strength of clearly stated 14 day cancellation terms. It did not work the signal at home was non exsistant so decided to cancel well within the 14 day period. I tried to phone but could not get through, so went to their website online cancellation form but it would not let me fill it in. Sent an email with all the relevant information and waited 48 hrs + for an acknowledgment - nothing. Sent a complaint - email bounced. To cut a long story short they are not contactable - any suggestions?
