    I got a reply from Octopus Watch support department.

    They said that there is a major issue since 3rd July and the issue is with the Octopus API (apparently Octopus has 2 APIs and most 3rd party apps use the one which has stopped providing any data since 3rd March).

    Octopus are aware and the 3rd party app developers are collaborating to find out what is the problem.

    I have the same issue, not receiving any data, regenerated the api but same issue.
    are you able to post the email that you used, as I am not sure but hello@octopus.com I believe  don’t know anything about it.

    The issue discussed in this thread was resolved about a month ago.

    My electric data is working fine.

    My gas data from my gas meter stopped working in mid March.  Octopus claims that it's working and they can see readings, but nothing is appearing neither on the Octopus web site, nor the 3rd party apps.  Probalby Octopus can see the daily meter number coming through, buit the half hourly slots are not working.  

    I have pointed this out to them 3 times but unless you get a really good customer service person, they usually just say "I have requested the missing figures and they will be there within 24 hours".  The issue is bigger than that.

    However this isn't the same issue discussed in this thread.

    Ok, thanks for your answer.

    Octopus app is showing all figures, but my home assistant isn’t, it was working 3 days ago, then all entities in home assistant stopped (there were 52) I removed everything and installed it again e now they are 15, and they are just useless things.

    Anyway, thanks but I believe it will take months to sort it out.
