Borrow money from investment property

If I was to borrow money using the capital of one of my investment properties how would I deal with this as far as future capital gains. Anybody know?

    If you're talking about securing a loan on a property then that wouldn't be a disposal for CGT purposes, so no effect on the acquisition price for when you did eventually sell.
