NSD again yesterday - was off sick so didn't have lunch.
NSD for me again today - have leftover chicken, sausage & bean cassoulet. So far that's been the second NSD week I've managed since starting this, but am determined to keep it up.

In case you think I'm a bit repetive with my lunches, I've just found out I'm anemic so I'm watching what I eat (as well as taking iron tablets). Please, please let me know if you have any exciting other ideas which are full of iron, or I might go mad!

I had a quick search and found this..

Why not have sardines on toast one day a week, this will cover your weekly oily fish recommendation too :D

Have brought in my lunch today so this is an NSW for me. Yippee! That's £9.30 saved for better puposes.

It's hard to believe how easy this is when I just organise myself a bit better. My lunches this week have all been leftovers from dinner the night before. Just made a little extra (and hid some since hubby will eat everything he sees!) Hopefully I can keep this up and only eat out for lunch when I'm doing it as a mystery shop.

    Just to recap the week:
    Monday - on holiday
Tuesday - working from home £0
Wednesday - hm spinach tortilla wrap £0
Thursday - hm lentil, rice & veg curry £0
Friday - hm cabbage and peas wrap £0
    Mortgage (original/ current):193,000 (23/09/11)/ £102,500 (07/11/2019)

............ why does it take so long to get here and yet the next two days will fly by.

There's some lovely lunches around this week, I'm quite jealous. I'm just glad I seem to be back in the groove. I really was disappointed at myself last week and I want to truly keep the focus. Here's to a good next week for one and all.

Monday - £0 - sandwiches with leftover chicken, Irn Bru, Hula hoops
Tuesday - £0 -bagel with boiled egg, Irn Bru, snack a jacks
Wednesday - £0 - 3-tier sandwich with ham & cheese, Snack a Jack, Irn Bru
Thursday - £1.60 - no bread due to toasties for tea Wednesday so bought 2 plain bagels and took ham & cheese from home.
Friday £0 - Chicken salad sandwiches, 2 Snack a jacks

    Woohooo!! I'm back on track!!

Ham sarnie for lunch, was starving when I got in so very nearly had it for breakfast but luckily it was someone's birthday so I've eaten 3 choc breakaway bars and a cup a soup to keep hunger at bay!

I'm so pleased with myself :D:D:D
