Set-up a new provider (One Stream) 30/01/25 - activatcation date was meant to be 19/02/25. Email from current provider (Now) confirming.
Due to issues not knowing about this new fibre line I needed the BT Openreach enginer, all done today and working for One Stream.
However Now TV is also still running. My account says payment due 22/03/25, don't want to another £40.50, as I messed up the start date for new one.
Live chat with One Stream, confirmed they informed Now and speak to them.
Spoke to Now, I think they understood what I was saying, even though asking what the activation date is (I think) and I said today, they said it had gone through.
I'm not sure, as they are 2 seperate lines - One Stream on Fibre and Now on Copper, not really how sure how it works.
I have changed ISP 5 times on BT Openreach no issue without speaking to the I was with.
EDIT: I just found this on their site:

You need to let us know if…
- You’re switching to Virgin Media’s cable service or to full fibre broadband (also known as Fibre to the Premises, or FTTP), and don’t want to take your phone number with you. (Note: If you're switching to Sky or NOW Powered by Sky full fibre broadband, it's not possible to take your number with you anyway, so there's no need to contact us.)
- We’ve told you that you can leave your contract early without any charges. You can let us know either before or after you've placed an order with your new provider.
If either of these cases apply to you, get in touch by phone to cancel your broadband and calls.
