Hello All
As anyone else on here had problems getting your Pac code from RWG. I had a eSim with them, last week I upgraded my mobile so Iost my service with them as you cannot move the eSim data over to a new a mobile. I have tried emailing RWG to request my PAC code with no replys. I also tried ringing them using they number: 01633 415 333 which is no longer working. As they now part of Now Mobile I have giving them a ring on: 0207 871 7669 and they have said as you are on a eSim we got limited service on them and cannot give you your PAC code. Now I'm running out of options on what I can do, any help would be greatful.
Thanks

Exactly the same for me. Sending PAC to 65075 returns this message:
Sorry it has not been possible to process your request due to a technical fault. Please call Customer Services on 020 7183 3744
The number seems to be automated, can't seem to speak to a person.
Spoke to someone at Now who admitted being aware of my email to RWG and claimed their technical department were dealing with it.
I was given a support website called setupyourbusinessmobile.co.uk when I purchased the sim. There is a PAC code request form on there which I have submitted but have had no response.
Have filed a complaint with Gamma who provide the sim but not hopeful of a resolution.
Next step will probably be ofcom as they have a form on their site for when a company won't provide a PAC code.0 -

Given that rwg don't have online account management I think the only way to obtain a pac is by texting from the sim;'To port away from RWG Mobile you must obtain a PAC code. Please text "PAC" to 65075 to obtain your PAC.'
Obviously if the phone dies you can't access the esim to request a pac. In that case I imagine it would be difficult to cancel the monthly plan. Did you receive any information in the email when signing up for the esim regarding changing phone? They may be able to issue a replacement esim.0 -

"If you accidentally delete your eSIM profile, contact us and we'll provide you with a new QR code. Alternatively, if you keep a hold of your eSIM welcome pack, you can re-scan the QR Code to reactivate your eSIM."
Gamma 020 7183 3744
They appear to be the providers of rwg esims (using 3 network?)
Of course if the esim wasn't deleted off the old phone it might be trickier....0 -
Calling 020 7183 3744 gives lots of options with automated responses. When you finally reach an option to speak to an advisor there is a message saying "please enter your message ID" and then hangs up on you.
Would like to know if anyone has had any better luck with this number.
On Gamma's own website there is a completely different number 03330140000. Not had any luck with this either, just "the person you wish to speak to is not available". Saw a post on Facebook from someone who did get through but was told it was for RWG to deal with any issues.0 -

Obviously if the phone dies you can't access the esim to request a pac. In that case I imagine it would be difficult to cancel the monthly plan. Did you receive any information in the email when signing up for the esim regarding changing phone? They may be able to issue a replacement esim.

I'd suggest getting a PAC code rather than a new QR code as you will probably have to go through all this again when the sim expires.1 -
