Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like

    UKCPM , B W LEGAL court claim 2025

    Thank you

As mentioned above,  you beat them to the punch, so your MCOL claim history will change to reflect the updated status in due course,  and will continue as normal

One thing I picked out from their reply was they were quoting IPC CoP rules (rhe  bit where they are justifying their double recovery). BUT on the other hand they have chosen to ignore other IPC "rules" l. So they are setting up a game, choosing which rules you must follow, what rules they can ignore and enforce when its un their favour!  Talk about a 2 Teir System!
  • Hi all,
For information, I have received the DQ N180 form by post. Following the advices from this forum, I filled an electronic version and sent it by email to the following addresses:
    -DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk
    -Solictors of the claimant: disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk, customerinfo@bwlegal.co.uk,  complaints@bwlegal.co.uk, info@bwlegal.co.uk,
    -Claimant: info@uk-cpm.com

I got an automatic response from DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk so they have received it.
Now waiting for the mediation call to which I will offer 10GBP max and see what happens next!

Thank you all for the help so far, I wouldn't have managed to do this all without the support from this forum!

    Good morning all,

I had an update on my case.
I have received by post today the communication below from CNBC which really surprises me.

I did send the DQ on the 19November 2025 to the CNBC and other parties mentioned in my previous post.  I even received a confirmation of reception from CNBC on the 19th November 2025

But on the MCOL, I can see that they only filed the DQ on the 1st December 2025 so the delay is on them, not on me.

Therefore, I have just sent CNBC the following email:

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing further to the correspondence received stating that I failed to file my Directions Questionnaire (DQ) with the Civil National Business Centre (CNBC) within the required timeframe.

I am very surprised by this assertion, as I submitted the completed Directions Questionnaire by email on 19 November 2025, well within the deadline. Please see below the original email sent on that date.

In addition, I received confirmation from the CNBC on 19 November 2025 acknowledging receipt of the Directions Questionnaire. This confirmation is also attached for your reference.

While I note that the MCOL system shows the DQ as being filed on 1 December 2025, this appears to reflect an internal processing delay on the court’s side rather than any failure or delay on my part. As I submitted the DQ on time and have written confirmation of receipt, I do not believe it would be lawful or appropriate for any sanction to be applied against me for late filing.

I would be grateful if you could please double-check your records in light of the attached evidence and confirm that my Directions Questionnaire was submitted in compliance with the deadline.

I look forward to your confirmation.

    Regards,

Is there anything else you would suggest me to do?
Do you think it can be anything else than a mistake from CNBC?

Thanks again for the support which is really appreciated as this is all very new to me.

    Thanks,

That letter wasn't intended for you.
You should have read it properly

Oh, I see. So it is the claimant who was late and have now 7 days to file the DQ.
Otherwise, the claim will be struck out.

I was confused as I did receive the letter by post and it was addressed to me . All clear now. Thanks
