One thing I picked out from their reply was they were quoting IPC CoP rules (rhe bit where they are justifying their double recovery). BUT on the other hand they have chosen to ignore other IPC "rules" l. So they are setting up a game, choosing which rules you must follow, what rules they can ignore and enforce when its un their favour! Talk about a 2 Teir System!2

For information, I have received the DQ N180 form by post. Following the advices from this forum, I filled an electronic version and sent it by email to the following addresses:

-Solictors of the claimant: disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk, customerinfo@bwlegal.co.uk, complaints@bwlegal.co.uk, info@bwlegal.co.uk,
-Claimant: info@uk-cpm.com
I got an automatic response from DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk so they have received it.
Now waiting for the mediation call to which I will offer 10GBP max and see what happens next!
Thank you all for the help so far, I wouldn't have managed to do this all without the support from this forum!
