  • "I finally received the claim for this case as you can see enclosed."

You have left claim number, password and VRM on the docs.

    Has/who signed the claim form.

Check the recently amended Template Defence announcement for latest paras.
Thanks for letting me know. It is now amended

The VRM in the PoC is still showing.
  • Ok thank you all.
For now I have done the Aknowledgment of Service (AoS) on the MCOL platform  today on 30th September as per your advice. This is all new for me so I appreciate all the support.
I will now use the template defence thread for my defence and submit when I have a bit more time.
  • Hi all, I would like to submit the defence below.
In Yellow are my own terms while the rest is taken from the template defence. If there is any comment, please do not hesitate to let me know.
English is not my first language so if there is any mistake, please tell. Thank you all.

    Looks OK to me

Does it all fit into the MCOL defence box   ?  Try it and save if you can, but do not press the submit button yet

If its too big it will need trimming to fit into the 122 lines

Defence looks good for a residential case.

If you were the driver you could say so, and remove paragraph 9 if you need to remove something to make it fit in MCOL.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Thanks for the help. I had to remove the paragraph 9  indeed to make it fit in MCOL.
But I messed up, I was too busy with work ( I know it is not an excuse) and I think I submitted my defence too late as per the below? Do you think that will make my defence not receivable?

You are right it should have been Monday 27th.  It doesn't state that a judgment has been entered against you; keep an eye on that Status Summary
