I signed up with Tomato last August, the switch went fine and I got a Bill for September and DD went through in October. I thought everything was fine and just kept posting my meter readings on the MyWatts. I realised in February that I had not had any bills from them and no DD payments have been taken since October.

I managed to phone them on the 4th Feb and I was told a bill would be generated on the 10th. No bill appeared and no payments taken.

So emailed them also and was told on the 19th Feb 'The invoice is  in the process of being validated.', what ever that means. Needless to say no bill has appeared.

I have been emailing them for nearly two weeks now and getting no reply.

So what can I do to get them sort this out, given they are ignoring me?

I am getting quite concerned they will suddenly release the log jam and try take one huge DD payment leaving me with a big overdraft, and costs.

Am I the only one having this 'no bills' problem ?
