Ignore that. Nothing has changed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The issue is, I entered the car park on boxing day. Tried to make payment online, via APP, telephone (no one answered) none of this worked so I left the car park. I was in the car park for 11 minutes (I did not leave my car or the car park in this time).
What do I do?UPDATE:
I have today received a letter titled 'NOTICE OF IMPENDING COURT ACTION' from District Enforcement - Amount Due £100.
I received the first letter 2 months ago claiming i entered a car park
i objected to it and took it to the IAS but they declined in my favour.

What do i do? do i just ignore the letters? or make the payment.
NO PAYING. You gained no amenity from the site, their payment methods failed and you could not and did not accept the contract. District Enforcement's position is hopeless.

UPDATE 18th March:

Received today Same as the one they sent you two weeks ago, only with different dates and miraculously suddenly adding 60% on top of the PCN for no reason (now hiked to £160 for no work whatsoever!) and also misleading you that further 'admin and legal costs' would be added on top of this £160 in the event of a court claim
...despite the fact that they've already added the 'admin fee' and court claim costs are £35 plus £50. Not 'over £100'.
"14 days from the date of this letter, legal proceedings WILL COMMENCE and judgment will be sought WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE".
It also totally misstates the position around a CCJ by failing to explain that a CCJ only happens if you fail to defend at all, or if you lose at a hearing and then fail to pay!
Neither of those will happen, will it?
Yet here we have ex-copper Dyl Kurpil's bunch of chancers (I think they are ex-wheel-clampers) putting a stark sentence in bold, implying that they can just 'register a CCJ' right now like pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
These letters are appallingly misleading.

BTW please can you post pics of the first NTK (front and back) suitably redacted of all personal data and QR codes like you see here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6483542/a-thread-of-pictures-of-parking-firm-ntks/p1
I'm missing a DE NTK completely!

I can’t locate the first letter with the £60 fine

A heads-up - never refer to these speculative invoices as "fines" - that word will not appear in any docs. from them.1
