Hello, I come bearing further letter from DCBL - noted as intended legal action. I assume I still ignore this letter? Do I wait until 6 years has passed or do I respond to them and say 5 years has passed and therefore they are unable to enforce this debt and to refrain from sending further letters to my address?Coupon-mad said:Completely ignore it.
