Hello, I come bearing further letter from DCBL - noted as intended legal action. I assume I still ignore this letter? Do I wait until 6 years has passed or do I respond to them and say 5 years has passed and therefore they are unable to enforce this debt and to refrain from sending further letters to my address?
You could send the DCB Legal Scotland specsavers reply I wrote ages ago.
