Contacted Toyota 5 months ago

I contacted Toyota 5 Months ago using MSE letter, initial email fell on deaf ears, second email 8 weeks later I got an automatic response. Sent 4 more emails since and now being ignored. Looking at the latest advice from Martin, looks like this is going to be a long winded affair. Anyone else in the same boat?

Although Martin did somewhat pitch it as such, it is far from certain that there will be any pay-outs at all, if there are they may be very small and they will almost certainly not happen this year.0 -
At present the FCA has stopped the clock on the 8 weeks which they must respond in, the clock is currently proposed to start ticking again in early December which would mean responses are needed by Jan 2026 however thats dependent on a number of other factors and it may well be that the FCA delays it further.0
