Peat & Turf - Reconstitute Dust into Briquettes?

Options
As my stores of cut turf dwindle, I am left with a lot of dust and chunks.  I have tried to bundle it in tightly wrapped paper or toilet paper cores, but it doesn't seem to burn as long as it does when it's in a briquette form.

Has anyone found or heard of a way to take the bits and make them into a briquette again?  I'm not looking to use hydraulic presses and kilns like they do in industry.  I'm looking for more garden shed methods that can be done passively over the summer so the briquettes will be ready next winter.

Well I make horse poo bricks with one of those presses you can get that used to be used to press newspapers and that works pretty well. Your material needs to be quite sloppy to press it then you dry it in the sun for a week

I've seen a Youtube video of a user (in Eire I think) with a home made compressor for making sawdust briquettes. Perhaps have a mooch around Youtube to find it? He made it in his garden shed.;-)
