RM 2nd Class item delivered weeks ago, + FB left, yet eBay funds not released

Just checked this morning and the item in question has now passed 30 days since it sold and it became payable today fortunately.  I'm guessing they become payable but if there's no IRL from buyer nor confirmation of delivery we need to wait said amount of time (or you get lucky and eBay release the funds earlier). Seems a bit random.

The item I was referring to of mine has changed from ‘pending delivery’ to funds available as the 14 days deadline was reached so it seems to have worked as designed.
