TalkTalk Gift Vouchers not being issued

I'd tell TT that since you haven't received the voucher, you wish to cancel the contract.  It might stir a response.

I suspect the voucher went to junk and then was deleted after a short period of time. I had the same issue with sky and gift cloud where I didn’t receive the voucher (so probably went to junk and I didn’t notice). The difference there was that I emailed gift cloud and they sent it to me, so don’t know why they won’t with talk talk.
