- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £222,084
- OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

Read 6 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 18th January
Produce tracker: £29 of £400 in 2026

I have veered away from spending so far I went to pick up laundry basket I bought yesterday, I keep being tempted to eat cadburys creme eggs, but I didn't buy I just collected the basket and left. Very soon I am going to take MD to hospital and we will be early although because I am taking her I suspect she will buy drinks!

Goal 1: Get a permenant job that sticks.
Goal 2: Aim 15 No spend days in January or above actual so far - 6/15
Goal 3: Get a lodger
Goal 4: Once goal 1 & 3 complete add 2.3K to the EF
Goal 5: Once goal 4 complete save for my own car as I do need one? Do I?

Looks like it won't be one today. The washing machine has officially gone to electronic heaven and so I will need to buy a new one.
