Further to my post at 10:10 AM today:
I've had a call from their complaints team member, who said they've had very many complaints about this. He assured me they are definitely adding this to their mobile banking app. He said it had been their intention for it to be there before the web site based options were removed. I suggested that they should not have removed the web site based options until the replacement mobile banking app features were available and he agreed. He is escalating the complaint. Again, I shan't be holding my breath.0 -
