For some reason the email alerts are at almost real time.  When my wife takes £200 out at the Post Office  I know straight away!

Sorry, my mistake. So the only option for a written record seems to be the online chat if you take a copy of it. I am yet to receive a complaint reference from the chap I spoke to.

Must admit haven’t found the alerts very timely normally I’ve moved money in or out to change the balance long before I get the alert .
I get the money into the account pretty much instantly, money out maybe up to 12 hours later.

FWIW. I've received 2 identical e-mails 10 mins apart.  The e-mails refer to alerts on one Savings account. I've received no e-mails about my current account ( 123 Lite ).  Has anyone received notification about their current account ?   I can live without notifications on my savings account......

Mine were all on an Everyday Current Account which I think is no longer offered.

The Everyday Current Account is still offered, but the 123 and 123 Lite accounts are not.

Yesterday morning I tried to register a complaint about the changes via their Chat, and it wasn't very fruitful. I suspect if I'd chosen the 'I need to speak to someone now' option rather than 'Something else' I would have been able to register my complaint verbally, but frankly I'd prefer to stick with Chat.

Here's a screenshot from when I checked the Chat just now. AFAICT, the chat never got handed off to a human, but time will tell if this gets picked up. In the old days, you could simply send them a Secure Message - I can still see the messages I sent them 10 years ago. Not sure when that stopped being an option.

I am in a similar situation - maybe Monday morning will bring enlightenment?
