    Hello, so I sent my defence using the template and have received through the post today...'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track' with a questionnaire I have to return by 11th April. BW Legal also sent me a Notice of Intention to Proceed. Is this all normal? Any tips for the questionnaire??? Sigh : (

    Hi, I have now been given a court date for this. Any advice for what evidence to make sure I put in...I can send 5 sides of A4. Basically...I bought a ticket which I still have...but put full wrong reg in by accident (major keying error) in June 2024.

    On 1st August you'll need to phone the court and find out if they have paid the hearing fee.
