I didn't end up doing anything with it. I've just basically added another £2.5k to the pot.

I have a Trading 212 account that I opened, simply because MSE has said they offer good ISA rates. So it's a choice between £5k in a Trading 212 cash ISA, £5k in a Trading 212 S&S ISA, or a mix.

Out it all in the S&S ISA and choose a global tracker or something racier, might as well go all in with a small amount you're not bothered about.

I also just happen to have a spare £5K which I'm looking to put somewhere. Today I've decided mine is going to a 1yr fix with Close Bros via HL @ 4.58%. You could do worse.
