Judgment issued despite replying to claim

I suspect that they did respond with the general sanctions order and letter ( but didn't mention a rejection regarding the use of jpegs ). I doubt that they would reply by email with a rejection, or give a reason either
By all means ask on Monday, or feign ignorance instead and do the written complaints mentioned by coupon mad, because its my opinion, it's not fact unless they confirm it, preferably in writing to you or someone else
What I can confirm is that they allow paperwork, the n180 they posted to you, probably more than once, and they allow the emailed pdf n180 document, a standard form of document used throughout the world for official documents
Its a theory I have come to based on thousands of posts and threads on here2 -
Thanks, will speak to them Monday. Just to confirm, if I DO decide to just pay this, I have 28 days from the 13th August (date of issue) for it to be cleared and not exist on my credit record?0

If that is what the judgment says, timescales can vary but never more than one month
You would contact DCBLegal for their bank details, pay in full, they inform the CNBC, job done
But if you can persuade them that the pictures are a valid medium for the DQ submission, you might be able to roll it back, I would like to know what they do and don't allow, for helping other victims in the future, thanks3 -
Hiya, update for you. After 3 phone calls, me sending numerous emails to numerous places etc etc I received this today and I rang them to confirm what it meant. They said it wouldn't have been referred to the judge if they didn't have the proof I did indeed respond within the correct time frame. Ive been advised ill recieve another letter to say the CCJ has been removed within 10 weeks and then I guess I carry on from there 🤷♀️ nobody has yet questionef the format of my attachments but will keep this thread updated..Gr1pr said:If that is what the judgment says, timescales can vary but never more than one month

Interesting, glad for you, it's a result, but your case will continue as normal from now on ( hopefully )
While you are waiting, please fill in the current government public survey consultation which ends today, the 5th2 -
Update.. my Experian has also been updated and the CCJ has now been removed. So I guess they do accept JPEGs? Or at least in my case anyway. Guessing I just carry on sitting tight for my mediation app now..

Yes - back on track! Please do this asap:
FIGHTBACK ALERT:
Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.
See this thread:
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
