The relevant trade body CoP in force on the incident date defines them,  not the signage,  the signage will have relevant trade body logos,  so its the relevant CoP that matters

Yes they are 2 distinctively different topics, often mixed up

I received the "Thank you for emailing the Claim Responses Team in the Civil National Business Centre. Please expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days" acknowledgement after sending my defence, however that was on the 18th March and I've still not heard anything 🤔

Takes a lot longer than 2 weeks. Relax.

Hi, wondering if anyone can help.
I today received a Judgement for Claim, despite submitting my claim form. I sent my claim form on 10th May, and after some time was told I had not sent it and had a further 2 weeks to do so. So I again sent it 3rd June.
I have no resent it for a THIRD time, along with a screenshot of the acknowledgement email from 3rd June (I never received an acknowledgement from the 10th May, though the email did send).
I will call CNBC on Monday. Anything else I should do?
    Thanks

You dont send any claim forms

Clearly they logged the defence on 21st March

Clearly they sent the N180 on 28th April

Clearly they didn't receive  ( or actually log  ) the returned N180 DQ document , if it was returned

They issued a general sanctions order for submission of the N180 DQ document on 29th may

No N180 DQ document of YOURS has ever been logged by the CNBC

Then the defence was struck out and rejected at the end of July, possibly due to no N180 being logged

Now they have issued a judgment against you,  but you haven't shown us any paperwork since you were last here

You said you have sent emails,  but have not stated what the attachments were or which actual email address you used , no claim form is ever sent to them

Also, at no point in your post have you mentioned emailing the completed  N180 DQ document pdf to the DQ email address at the CNBC , despite them posting it to you at the end of April

You need to produce a detailed bullet point timeline on what you sent, what was attached and the email address used,  from 28th April onwards , plus any response,  if any, because sending doesn't prove receipt

Seems to me that no N180 was ever logged,  plus you should have received an email auto response back, it's a red flag if it doesn't appear in your inbox or spam folder and should have been dealt with immediately,  especially once a sanctions order has been issued

Post redacted pictures of the general sanctions orders and any recent judgment too, since May to present day

On 10th May I sent my completed N180 form (the letter states it had to be recieved bybthe 15th May), I received acknowledgement from DCB and from ParkingEye however I didn't from CNBC which I completely missed at the time.
I then recieved a letter on 3rd June stating I hadn't responded and had a further 2 weeks to do so, so sent another email the same day, however this one I did recieve an acknowledgement for a few seconds after I had sent it.
I have followed everything on these forums to the absolute letter and done everything exactly as I should and when I should. Feeling very irked the courts haven't done the same 😐

OK so send a complaint to the Case Progression email (all CNBC emails are listed in the Template Defence thread) with the Claim number and URGENT - UNPROCESSED DOCUMENT in the subject line.

Then ALSO send a separate summary complaint to HMCTS asking them to investigate and put a bomb under the CNBC.

DO NOT PAY. YOUR MONEY WILL BE GONE IF YOU DO.

So you didn't email a claim form,  you sent an email to the DQ email address containing a number of private jpeg images of the completed paper N180  ( so not a pdf  ) , yet told them you had attached the completed N180  ( which is not true  )

You should have downloaded the N180 DQ document,  filled it in,  saved it as a pdf and attached it to your dq email to the CNBC and to dcb legal

Do the CNBC accept jpeg pictures  ? , personally I doubt it , but they do accept the paper version by post and the pdf version by email

I recently told another victim on here that I thought that jpegs weren't accepted by the CNBC so to download the N180 DQ pdf document,  fill it in and email it,  which they have now done.  It was also recommended to that person to post a copy too ( by coupon mad   ) I am happy to be proved wrong, but I suspect that is why it wasn't logged and sanctions issued, see below

I wasn't aware they didn't accept JPEGs, they could have responded and told me so and I would have rectified this 🤷‍♀️ very frustrating
