  • I have a mediation appointment this afternoon, any specific advice on how to approach this, questions to raise, etc. I intend to ask questions relating to identity and authority of the Moorside representative. Anything else?
As always, I’m grateful for any advices.

There is advice about how to deal with mediation calls in the template defence thread but basically "hello, no offer, goodbye"  don't get drawn into discussing it with mediator, that is not their job!

Do not prepare anything for the call. It's 2 minutes: Tell the Mediator "no offer, goodbye".

  • Thank you both. Any idea how long before this reaches court, if it does?

Depends on the civil court that you chose,  plus how busy they are too, how long is a piece of string?

Expect the local court to post a court order to you within the next couple of months,  with a possible court date pencilled in for next summer
