I’ve bought porcelain tiles from a company called al-murad which has stores nation wide .
The tiles are laid in my kitchen but they’re chipping so easily .
Porcelain tiles are meant to be very durable .
ive emailed the store and spoke online but they’re refusing to budge saying they all get tested and no one complains .

Hi
I bought porcelain tiles for my kitchen from a company called Al-Murad . Porcelain are meant to be very durable but only 2 months after getting them laid they’re getting chipped very easily .I’ve emailed and phoned their customer service but they’re refusing to listen and are no longer emailing me back .I feel that these may not even be porcelain and I’m annoyed I’m now 1500 pound down .Is there anything that can be done ?Cheers

I've been pleasantly surprised how durable our porcelain tiles have been over the past six years.
A number of al murad stores are franchises, so you might have more luck ringing their head office on
0113 253 3777. Their customer support number is 0113 322 8075.
They're also on Facebook and X. I've found companies tend to be more responsive to complaints made via social media.1 -
