Hi
There is any template or wording that I can use to appeal against the unfair parking charge notice and also link to parking code that the parker operators must adhere to.
Thanking in advance0 -
If you read back through your thread, you will see that the consensus is to NOT appeal.1

Why do you want to waste your time? Safely ignore it and come back if you get a LBC.Sanns said:Hi

Clearly you won't be paying.Sanns said:Hi
Thank you 1505grandad for your comments about use of blue badge.
Thank you ChirpyChicken, if it is waste of time appealing then should I wait for court notice and defend in court or just pay the PCN. In my view, to pay £60 without appeal or defending it, it gives these cowboy firms licence to generate money by issuing incorrect PCN unfairly.
Do nothing. There is no appeal with an IPC firm. And nobody cares about the £160 or £170 threatograms that come next. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW THEM TO US!Sit tight. Do nothing except the below:
By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:
- Tell them if you move house within 6 years.
- Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.
- Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC or a Claim Form, as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.Stop going against tried & tested advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi
Earlier today I had submitted my appeal against the unfair PCN and I have just received confirmation that the PCN notice have been cancelled. A good result in my view.
Thanking you all for your help and guidance in this matter.5
