DCA final response help (almost at time limit for FCA referral)


DCA Question (almost at time limit for FCA response)
Condensed version - got my final response before FCA paused complaints process, am about to reach FCA time limit and not had any further acknowledgments from Black horse . What should I do?
I had an agreement that had DCA on it. I complained way back at that start of it being common knowledge and actually received a final response (complaint not upheld in final response)
I complained on 20/9/23
Received final response 22/12/2023
Since then I received two letters from them, one on 28/3/24 saying:
“Regarding my closed complaint”,
- FCA are looking into DCAs
- My agreement involved a DCA
- I don’t need to take any action
- They will contact me if I’m affected
I then received another letter on 14/10/24 saying they believe one of my accounts had a DCA involved and gave me details of how to raise a complaint if I wished to do so.
I replied to the second letter via email on 9/12/24 confirming that I still wish to complain, as per my original complaint regarding DCA.
I’ve not received a response yet and my 15 months to refer to FCA is fast approaching, and I’m not sure what the best route is to handle it.
Does anyone know what would happen if I refer to FCA now?
I’m worried that if there is any compo to come from the situation that I will be caught out by not referring to FCA in time. But is there a possibility of a negative repercussion of referring to them at this point?

If you even could refer a personal case to the FCA it doesn't matter - the complaints process is on hold until the FCA deals with it all, and the court cases play out. They are not allowed to time bar complaints on this matter, they are all on hold.
