Selfish neighbour

Thanks for the message, why can't people be nice to each other. We have done everything they have asked since moving in, daughter stopped netball as they complained that the ball rolled near there car. Burst Son's football that went in back garden. The only thing we have asked is to keep it free most of the time, being sensible and saying we understand if family or friends come to visit. My wife doesn't want to fight fire with fire and lower ourselves to their mentality. Beautiful houses in a beautiful area it's sickening.[Deleted User] said:If the neighbour parked their car on your driveway, you would need to make a substantial effort to get the vehicle legally moved (eviction notice). Such stories are regularly in the newspapers/forums such as this.
Parking in a turning circle? I'd say that you have little to no chance.
As it's a civil matter (trespass), the Police won't be interested.
At most, they may send an officer to try and determine the owner of the vehicle and ask them to remove it.
This seems unlikely, since it's just a vehicle parked on a road, with no markings in place.
If it's your land, contact a solicitor and see what they have to say.
How much do you want the cars gone and how much are you willing to spend on your efforts?0 -
as the wise one in this house usually says, when there are persistent small scale antisocial actions like these, "they must have personal problems, only way they can cope is annoying unrelated others"
if you can, just decide it doesn't matter.2 -
