I have read the meter this month and calculated my bill. All the other statements are online, but only because I've kept pestering them by phone and email. I have sent another complaint today. I sent a manual reading last month after various messages came up on my account saying there was a problem reading the meter and I needed to send a manual reading. I wish I'd taken screenshots as E.on told me the smart meter reading was taken and there was no need to send a manual reading. They didn't put a statement online until I rang them and emailed a complaint. Checking back this has been going on since last May when I emailed to ask why I didn't have statements online like everyone else.
