    If they don't accept our defence and we lose will a ccj be registered against us? Or will we be given the chance to pay and avoid one?

    Think about this:

    Do you think we - on MSE forum with Martin Lewis' ethos - put the hundreds of people per month here who we confidently tell to defend claims, at risk of CCJs?!
