iOutlet or Grademobile for refurb phone?

Does anyone have experience with either please? The tool on here has narrowed my search for an iphone to these 2 sites. I can't see anything about minimum battery life on Grade mobile so I assume it's 80%. IOutlet offers battery upgrade for an extra £25 so am wondering if it's worth the extra expense for 20% (I assume) of battery life. Trustpilot reviews are slightly better for iOutlet but the negative reviews for Grade mobile seem to be more about trading-in phones.

Checking ioutlet, they do not state battery condition, only that they will fit a new one for an extra cost.

Have you checked John Lewis for older iPhone models? They are new and come with a 2 year guarantee. Prices are around £50 less than Apple, although Apple only list models newer than the iPhone 14.

Thanks but ended up with iOutlet, going with a good grade, rather than an excellent. so saving about £40 and spent extra on an upgraded battery. Phone looks pristine so as long as it continues to work well, am happy with the purchase.
