When you sell the water company will be entitled to install a water meter in any event. If a water meter can’t be fitted in the water company’s view you can be charged on an assessed measured basis. This is where the water company assesses your usage rather than measuring it but it is still likely that be significantly cheaper than an unmeasured or rateable value charge.teaselMay said:The opposite is also true though.
