Hi - my funds are about to mature with my community finance. I have not received any paper work on a) how to get the funds or b) re-invest in their savings accounts.
I emailed them, but they have not replied.

I don't have an account with this provider but on their website it suggests you can make a withdrawal online, in branch or by phone
There are contact details and an online withdrawal request form in the below link
