My Community Bank savings question

My Community Bank savings account has recently matured and its automatically transferred to a Castle Community Bank account.
I am trying to withdraw the money from this new account as the interest rate is much lower, but for the life of me I can’t find a way to withdraw my money! There are no options. I’m being thick but is there a specific way to withdraw money from Castle Community Bank?

I don't have an account with this provider but on their website it suggests you can make a withdrawal online, in branch or by phone
There are contact details and an online withdrawal request form in the below link

I have a significant amount in matured funds and am completely unable to access them online. Phoning (from abroad at an expensive rate) keeps me on hold forever, no answer, and seven emails requesting that the funds be sent to my nominated account have gone unanswered. The LOANS department will answer at once but will not help. I have a tax bill to pay and cannot because I cannot access funds. This is extremely worrying. I have no idea what to do and have contacted the FCA who won't help till you've gone through an internal process.0

You aren't alone. I've been trying to get my money since the end of July. It doesn't seem right that you have to wait 8 weeks before being able to make a complaint to the ombudsman, when they are withholding funds.bibaji said:I have a significant amount in matured funds and am completely unable to access them online.
