T212 isa transfer out

Is it just me or is this an absolute nightmare trying to achieve? Just opened a Chip isa to get the bonus for 3 months, they want account number and sort code. T212 say they don't have a sort code! Meanwhile, Chip response time to my message is a day. Not good when the bonus clock is already ticking.

Oh dear, well I have put in for a transfer from T212 to Freetrade. I hope as they are their arch rivals, they won't get hung up on a sort code. There is no sort code field to worry about on the Freetrade transfer form.0
