PPM will pass you to BW Legal after the deadline for IAS (which is pointless anyway). You will start to receive debt collection letters from BW Legal... maybe 3. Then BW Legal will make a claim (representing their client PPM). Then claim form will come from the court.
Okay thanks for the explanation. I have changed address. This has been moved on drivers license, hmrc and soon to do log book. Do I need to make these guys aware?
    Of course you do!   :s

You will have to email PPM, provide your new address and instruct them to erase your old address. There is a template in the Newbie thread (I think). You may need to chase a bit if no confirmation comes through and you may need to remind PPM of GDPR. It may take several attempts just to do this (based on my experience). This is crucial. If the court paper is sent to the wrong address and you do not respond, you are risking a potential ccj.

Quick question on this having read the newbie thread

I basically admitted I was driving before googling and finding this forum, will this mean I wouldn't win a defence?

I'm going to email them about change of address

I have read through the newbie thread multiple times and I still have no idea where I stand
    To summarise:
12 parking fines all from ppc
Rejected my objection (where I admitted I was the driver) 21st Feb
Have notified them of change of address 4th March

From what I understand I'm just waiting for debt collection letters now but it's not at all clear to me

Can I pay a service to do this all for me? I have some learning difficulties

I suppose that you could pay a solicitor,  although that would cost a lot of money,  so not recommended

You can definitely ignore the powerless debt collectors letters,  no biggie

Eventually you will need assistance if you receive a court claim in the next 6 years

Small Claims Advisor (David) might do it as it's 4 figure claim.  IF you get a claim form.
