Do stick around, as the MHCLG is committed to launch a public consultation 'soon' which I take as 'any week now'. Due to Parliamentary Summer Recess - and based on memory of previous timelines with the last Government when launching these Consultations - I hope it'll start this month.
We'll need all PPC victims to respond and you can also say what's wrong with POPLA!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Subject: Advice Needed on Euro Car Park ChargesHi there,I’m seeking advice regarding parking charges from Euro Car Parks. Recently, I received a letter with a charge notice of £100 for failing to pay for parking at the Wolverhampton Waterfront car park. I submitted an appeal along with a bank statement showing the exact date and time I made the payment, which matched the timings in their charge notice. However, my appeal was rejected because they claimed they had no record of my vehicle's registration number in their system. They believe I entered the wrong registration number when making the payment, despite my having a receipt on my iPhone. Now, they are demanding an additional £20 for administration fees, stating that if I pay this amount, they will close the case. I feel this situation is unfair, as I believe I have acted correctly. I am reluctant to pay the £20 because, in principle, I’ve done nothing wrong and feel that Euro Car Parks is scamming me.Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this situation?Thank you!0
