Received a claim form from the county court (DCB Legal ltd) can anyone help with my defence form

Yes, I agree.
I am sure you're right, but by 'sending off a form' one has no idea whether it has been actioned or not, nor if it has even arrived at the right place.

The AOS was sent via money cliam online. I am now going to send my defence via email is that correct.

Yes i send it and just checked states they have received it on money claim. I cant see anything else from them
