You have left your MCOL password clearly visible on that image you have shown us.With a Claim Issue Date of 7th February, you have until Wednesday 26th February 2025 to file an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS'), but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AOS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 12th March 2025 to file a Defence. That's almost three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the AOS guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an AOS, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
UKPC via DCB Legal, issue date 7th February 2025
The POC are incorrect, so you will be using the defence template by coupon mad, with the recent numbered rebuttal for paragraph 3 and adding an ending to paragraph 2
Login to the government gateway and navigate to MCOL, Login and complete the AOS online, no paperwork
Eventually you will be emailing your defence, not posting it
No such postal service called recorded delivery, not been offered for many years
Email will be your saviour here2 -

You have to login to the government gateway first, so create an account if you dont have one already
Then login to MCOL with the claim reference and the password, noting the upper case and lower case, the characters have to be exact, no spaces or full stops1 -

Unless there was a windscreen pcn issued to the vehicle on 6/9/2024, the details are incorrect, because I don't believe that any pcn was issued on that date, I believe that they posted a pcn several days later, so the issue date would be later
In a nutshell, I dont believe that the incident date and the issue date were on the same date, but usually the issue date is later
Therefore there are recent cases where paragraph 3 is a numbered rebuttal that states the above, so you use that paragraph and change the date in it to yours, one simple change
Add an ending to paragraph 2 and your 2 and 3 are completed1 -
As well as the guidance given above by @Gr1pr, read this thread: -

Thank you all for your help. I’ve done what was advised sent off the first form to give me more time. I will then write out the defence and pop it by email this week. I will copy and paste and add additional notes to defence0

What I did say was......you have until Wednesday 26th February 2025 to file an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS'), but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
Did you file an AOS within that timeframe? Check you MCOL Claim History for the current status.
To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.1
