Euro account with debit card and IBAN

Hi everybody. I need to open a Euro account which has a debit card and will allow me to send and receive money in Euros with a European IBAN. Starling says "they are not accepting new applications." They say they will be "soon" but they've been saying that since for months and months. So any other suggestions? Thank you.

Wise is my usual recommendation for foreign currency handling. I wouldn't use them to hold large amounts of money for long periods but for sending/receiving payments in foreign currencies they are fairly competitive. Also an option for a debit card, albeit you need to pay an additional one-off fee to order it. The HSBC Global money account is also a good choice I believe, but I haven't used them personally.0

With Wise, you get a Belgian IBAN.43581

As @Hazzanet advises Wise will provide an EEA IBAN from Belgium so safer for receiving Euro credits.0 -

Wise is the normal option and will give you an EU IBAN if you want to avoid fees. Obviously not legally a bank0 -
Wise is a regulated emoney company by the FCA. But doesn't have a full bank (FSCS) registration.
Revolut also the service you want and that does have restricted FSCS bank licence0 -
I don't want to start a new thread for this...
Wise vs HSBC Global Money - what is better and easier to open/operate for one-off €30K transfer to Italy? Asking on behalf of my friend that already has a long-standing account with HSBC.0 -
If only sending EUR both use SEPA so will be free. If converting from GBP first, Wise will probably better for exchange.Would be worth checking with a currency broker like Currencies Direct or Spartan FX as well. They will generally lock in a rate in advance so you don’t get caught out by last minute changes.1

Do any of these companies suggested provide a euro debit card?0

I mentioned the currency brokers in regard to the one-off payment query.
Wise or HSBC would be more suited to day-to-day use.
