I've just logged in to the money claim site and it says the following. I've NOT received anything in the post or on email:
Case Stay Lifted on 11/11/2025
DQ sent to you on 11/11/2025
DQ filed by claimant on 11/11/2025

Email your dq immediately.
Use the online copy
No need to sign it just type your name

Its gone missing last month, by post. ( they don't email them, post only. )
Download it from the government website, fill it in and email it to the DQ email address in the 8 steps ASAP2 -

Check your MCOL claim history over the next 12 days, until you see that your N180 DQ document has been logged
Meanwhile, Check out your email inbox and spam folders for the email auto response back from the CNBC in Northampton, showing that they have received it. ( sent it is not proof until its logged. )2 -
I haven't received a response yet. Just got the automated response as soon as I sent the email from CNBC "Thank you for emailing the Directions Questionnaire Team in the Civil National Business Centre. If your email requires a response, this can take 14 days, although this timeframe varies.
