  • Is it likely that a practising barrister would mistake "loosing" for "losing"? Or be "very regulated"?

Or be seeking advice on a consumer/money-saving website?

Or telling us all about their "large inheritance"?

    Come on.
The OP in reality, is probably a Barista 🙂
Reminds me of a joke I heard about the difference in university graduates these days compared to 30 or so years ago.  These days, graduates aspire to be a Barista rather than a Barrister like they used to :)

That'll be why they're not allowed to hold client money, except for the coins in the jar at the end of the shift....
Jar?  Don't the coins go in a Tesco bag for life?
  • Not quite the comments I had hoped for. Sorry if I sounded a little spoilt. As a technical point the SRA regulates Alternative Business Structures (so does the BSB actually) so one can be a practising barrister and a director of an SRA regulated ABS. I am consulting Jersey lawyers so that's an end of it

Sadly our great local barista is doing just that, in reverse.
